Help with Test Anxiety and Career Counseling

I work with teenagers and adults who are experiencing test anxiety. If you are anxious about taking a major exam - SAT, MCAT, LSAT, GRE, real estate, or any other licensing exam or certification - please call me. I can teach you test taking strategies, relaxation skills, and other techniques which will build your confidence and improve your chance of success.

I also work with high school, college students, and adults who are changing careers. I can help you figure out where you would be most effective and what the best career options are for you. In addition to individual career counseling services, I offer two assessments for purchase. These assessments can be purchased during your course of therapy for an additional cost, and you may request career/vocational aptitude tests or personality assessments without being a current therapy client.

If you are not a current therapy client, you may purchase the assessment, receive it by mail, and return it to me for scoring. Your results will be discussed in a follow up session in my office, or by telephone if requested and you will receive a detailed report of your assessment results.
