As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Manassas, VA and Fairfax, VA with more than 10 years of professional experience, I specialize in treating the whole person - heart, mind, soul and spirit. I work with teenagers and adults who are having problems sleeping, due to stress, depression and anxiety. I also help those struggling with life transitions, including separation and divorce. The most common issues that I see in my clients are stress, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I offer assistance with test anxiety - strategies and techniques for success in test taking for teenagers and adults. I also provide Christian counseling for those who are interested in exploring their personal issues from a Christian perspective. I love working with teenagers, and helping teenagers and young adults who are shy, socially anxious, or anxious about school or giving presentations.
