Group Counseling

Group Counseling/Group Therapy

There is a $35 registration fee.

90 minute groups cost $50 per session. There is a discount for prepayment of 8 sessions - cost will be $350 (regularly $400).

60 minute groups cost $35 per session. There is a discount for prepayment of 8 sessions - cost will be $250 (regularly $280).

Working Women's Group

This group is for working women who need support in work-life balance. The group will also address self esteem and assertiveness issues.

Women's Group

This group is for all women who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, weight issues, relationship problems, parenting issues.

Men's Group

This group is for all men who struggle with stress, anxiety, work problems, anger, relationship and parenting issues.

Teen Group

This group is for teens in high school who struggle with stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues.
